B-BEEE
The revised B-BBEE Code of Good Practise, which came into effect on 1 May 2015, has a significant impact on all companies, as many expect the compliance levels on their B-BBEE scorecards to drop by three to four levels. QSEs with turnovers between R10 million and R50 million per annum will find it particularly difficult. Many of them will drop in non-compliance level as they will now have to comply with all elements of the revised triple B-BBEE scorecard and will no longer be able to select the four best elements. We have the answer! MEDO prides itself on helping clients achieve the best B-BBEE score, in the best and most cost-effective way possible. It makes perfect business sense.

Please note: Construction Sector
The construction sector is one of the most difficult B BBEE sectors to achieve compliance status. This is because the skills and supply development and social economy elements involve much more detail that a company needs to consider. Please note that the affidavit for small businesses is not the same as for the general codes and that many businesses have submitted illegal B-BBEE affidavits. If a business does not commit to addressing all elements equally, it is difficult to comply with the requirements. MEDO specialises in the construction sector and helps companies comply and improve their scorecard in a cost-effective way. During a free business assessment, we can provide the company with a B-BBEE plan for the future that meets the requirements.
Contact MEDO to learn more about how, in the spirit of transformation, we can reduce your B-BBEE compliance costs while ensuring you achieve maximum scores on all five elements.
